Dr. Farid Hamidzadeh

Dr. Farid Hamidzadeh (Dr. H) is a recent transplant to Vermont, as a South Florida native. He attended undergraduate studies at Florida Atlantic University, where he earned his B.S. in both Engineering and Biology. Following undergraduate studies, he completed his dental degree from the University of Florida, and went on to earn a Certificate in Comprehensive Dentistry from the Naval Postgraduate Dental School, and a Master of Science in Oral Biology from the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences. Dr. Hamidzadeh has a steadfast commitment to continuing education, which has motivated him to become a Diplomat of the American Board of General Dentistry, a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, and a Fellow of the International College of Dentists.
Dr. Hamidzadeh served as a Lieutenant Commander and comprehensive dentist in the US Navy, where he provided comprehensive care at home and abroad. His training prepared him to deliver a wide range of aesthetic, surgical, and restorative procedures of the highest quality. He also conducted and published research in the field of orthodontics and carried out extensive research on the effects of inflammatory cytokines in wounded warriors with PTSD and TBI. Dr. Farid places a great focus on staying up to date with the latest technologies to offer the most advanced and comfortable dental care possible. He is proud to be Hybridge Dental Implant Certified to offer patients the dental implant solutions that simplify treatment and provide lasting results. Dr. H also serves as an oral board examiner for the American Board of General Dentists. He enjoys engaging his skills through humanitarian missions, clinical case presentations, caring for military working animals, and lecturing on a wide array of topics in the dental industry.
Dr. Hamidzadeh enjoys spending quality time with his family and is a proud father to his son, Arya. He is thrilled to become an integrated member of the community to serve your family. A former Scholar-Athlete by the Broward County Athletics Association in his early years, he now has a passion for spending time outdoors in Vermont, skiing, paddle boarding, yoga, and hiking beautiful mountain trails.
Dr. Valentina Sosa
Dr. Valentina Lavieri Sosa is a dedicated and compassionate dentist with a love for general dentistry and a commitment to improving her patients’ oral health. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Florida before obtaining her dental degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry. She loves connecting with her patients, learning about their individual needs, and serving the community whenever possible.
Born in Venezuela and raised in Ocala, Florida, Valentina has embraced a new adventure by moving to Vermont.
An outdoor enthusiast, Valentina enjoys a variety of sports, including pickleball, golf, volleyball and rock climbing. In her spare time she loves cooking and baking, often sharing her culinary creations with friends. When she’s not practicing dentistry or picking up another sport, Valentina is usually on a walk with her beloved dog, Bruno.
